Welcome to Yatra One. By accessing our platform, requesting travel assistance, or using our booking-related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Independent Travel Assistance Platform
Important:
Yatra One is an independent travel assistance platform and is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee (SMTMC), any government authority, or any official temple body unless explicitly stated. We assist travellers with planning, accommodation, transportation, and booking-related guidance only.
2Booking & Reservation Assistance
All booking assistance provided through Yatra One is subject to availability from the respective service providers (hotels, transport operators, etc.). Customers are required to provide accurate personal details when submitting enquiries or completing bookings.
Booking confirmations are subject to verification by the relevant service provider and are not guaranteed until explicitly confirmed.
3Temple Services & Darshan
Please Read Carefully:
- Temple darshan, Bhasma Aarti registrations, religious services, ticket availability, entry permissions, timings, prices and rules are controlled by the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee (SMTMC) and respective official authorities.
- Yatra One does not guarantee darshan availability, temple entry, or ticket issuance unless explicitly confirmed through a direct, authorised arrangement.
- Purchasing travel assistance from Yatra One does not automatically guarantee temple entry or Darshan.
- Customers must comply with all temple dress codes, entry rules, and religious protocols as directed by the temple administration.

4Third-Party Services
Hotels, transportation providers, temples, attractions, ticketing authorities and other service providers may have their own:
- Terms & conditions and pricing
- Availability and booking requirements
- Cancellation and refund policies
- Entry requirements and eligibility criteria
- Timing restrictions and operational rules
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with those requirements. Yatra One is not liable for changes or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
5Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellation and refund terms for Yatra One assistance fees are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds for third-party bookings (hotels, external transport, temple services) are subject to the respective provider's own cancellation and refund policy, which may differ from Yatra One's policy.
6Transport & Accommodation
Private AC cab transfers and hotel stays arranged through Yatra One packages adhere to verified quality standards. Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless pre-arranged otherwise.
7Changes in Schedules & Prices
Temple schedules, darshan timings, hotel prices, transport fares and service availability may change at any time due to seasonal factors, festivals, government directives, or circumstances beyond our control. Yatra One will make best efforts to inform customers of material changes in advance.
8Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information when making enquiries or bookings.
- Complying with all applicable travel, temple, and service-provider rules.
- Carrying valid identification as required by hotels, temples, or transport providers.
- Following dress codes and religious protocols at all visited temples.
9Limitation of Liability
Yatra One shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes resulting from natural calamities, VIP movements, sudden temple closures, government restrictions, third-party provider issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
